Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive an email confirmation from Cross Bar X. Payment is due upon arrival. We accept cash, check and money orders, but we do not have the means to accept credit or debit cards at the camp.

If your attendance significantly changes, please send an email to theranch@crossbarx.org and state in the subject line “Facility Rental Attendance Change” and mention in the body of the email the name the reservation was placed under.
