About the Weekend

The 50th Anniversary Celebration will be a time to reconnect, remember, worship, and give thanks for all God has done through Cross Bar X Youth Ranch since 1977.

Cost

There is no cost to attend the Anniversary Weekend, but each attendee must register.  There are costs for housing and meals.

Meals

Meals will be available at Cross Bar X from Thursday dinner through Sunday Brunch.  The cost of meals is $8 per person and $4 for kids 6-16. Meals are free for kids under 6.  You can purchase a meal package for the weekend for $40 per person. We will not be able to accommodate food allergies, so please prepare accordingly.  You must purchase meals in advance here. 

FAQ

  • What activities will be available?

All of the camp activities will be available over the course of the weekend, including the lake, ropes course, zip line, etc…

  • Will Nick and Tracy be there?

Not only will they be there, they are also the co-hosts for the weekend.

  • If I would like to share about my time at CBX, will I have the opportunity?

Of course!  There will be several open mic times for sharing throughout the weekend.

  • If I fly in, can someone pick me up at the airport?

Yes, just let us know in advance.

  • I have special dietary needs. Can CBX accommodate this?

Unfortunately, with the logistics and large attendance of the weekend, we cannot accommodate special dietary needs.

  • Can I request special housing?

Yes, please do so here or email the ranch at tim@crossbarx.org

  • Can I just come for a day?

Of course.

  • Can I get a guest list to see who is attending?

Sure, shoot Tim an email at tim@crossbarx.org

  • Will there be a central event of the weekend?

Yes, Saturday evening will be a chuckwagon-style dinner with music and other fun events.

  • Will there be any off-site activities?

We are still nailing down the schedule, but Nick might lead a hike up Engineer and Tim might lead a raft down the Animas.
