I understand that Cross Bar X facilitates experiences for youth ranging in age from 6-20. Cross Bar X upholds the highest standards of excellence in it's program and expects the same excellence of it's facilitators. CBX requires all facilitators to perform their duties sober minded and fully focused on the task at hand. While facilitating, workers will not use their phones, listen to music, or otherwise be distracted from their job. Additionally, workers will abstain from foul language and imodest clothing.
