Day Use Only
The day-use fee for Cross Bar X is $15 per person for an 8-hour continuous block of time at the ranch. (Does not apply to overnight groups)
Day use includes use of the CBX facilities and grounds. High Ropes, Zip Line, Lake, and Tubing Hill activities are subject to additional fees.
Recreation Activities
Lake Rental:
Cross Bar X’s boasts a stocked, 3-acre, spring fed lake. Recreation includes catch and release fishing, canoeing, swimming, kayaking, and row boating. Rental includes all lake equipment and one lifeguard for every 10 participants. Additionally, there is a bathroom (complete with showers) available for rentals.
- $10 per person, per hour (minimum 2 hrs.)
Zipline/Ropes Course:
Our High Ropes Course facility has a Hub and Spoke design with 23 elements coming off of a 32-foot climbing tower. Our Low Ropes course features a Team Wall, Spider Web, Nitro Crossing, Mohawk Walk and a Trust Fall!
- Base cost for course set-up on all groups is $75.
- A two-hour minimum on all groups.
The Zipline is our 800′ zip line where you travel over a 100′ deep valley, and land at the base of our ropes course.
- COST: $15/hour/person – 10 person minimum.
- A two-hour minimum on all groups.
- Weight limits of at least 60lbs and a maximum of 200lbs.
Release & Waiver:
Each participant will need to sign a release & waiver form. If the participant is under the age of 18, a parent or guardian will need to sign the form. Please bring the signed form(s) with you when you arrive.

Basketball, Game Room, & Rec Field:
A 3/4 size outdoor basketball court is located next to the bunkhouse complete with court lines and adjustable hoops. Additionally, we have over an acre of grass located in front of cabins Peace and Joy. Perfect for playing games, sports, and building snow forts. Usage of these activities and grounds is included in any day use or overnight rental.
